HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Once your package is shipped, you can expect the following estimated shipping times:
Standard US Shipping:  Estimated 3-7 Business Days
International Shipping:  Estimated up to 14 Business Days

  • Although it would be awesome if we did, we are unable to influence shipper transit times and are not responsible for shipper delays.
  • The USPS and other shipping services tend to observe the following holidays, which may cause delays in the receipt of your shipment:
    New Year’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES FEES

Your country may charge customs fees or taxes for you to receive your package. We have absolutely no control over this.  The charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S.
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country

TRACKING NUMBERS

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will be sent a tracking number.  Sometimes, however,  tracking numbers can take a few extra days to register your shipment status.

Please contact us if your tracking number hasn’t updated after several business days so that we can do our best to assist you!

Please note, we are not able to influence shipper transit times, and we are not responsible for shipper delays.


WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED

We are unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your package has been processed for shipment.

If you need to make an adjustment to your order, contact us immediately!


PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER

Our goal is for you to enjoy our products, so please do us a favor and double-check your shipping address at checkout and ensure there are no issues with your local postal service delivering packages to you.

If your package is marked returned to sender, we will refund your original order less a restocking fee so that you can place a new one.

We are unable to automatically reship packages marked “returned to sender.”

U.S. PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

U.S. domestic packages returned to sender for any reason are assessed a $12 USD restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This restocking fee covers the fee the shipper automatically charges for the return.


INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER 

A $20 USD restocking fee is applied to returned to sender international packages.

Refused international packages or packages marked “returned to sender” for any reason are unfortunately destroyed by your country’s customs and are not returned to the United States or Calle Play.

This includes but is not limited to:
packages not delivered due to unpaid duties and taxes, package refusal, or undeliverable shipping addresses.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on our playing cards that are 100% unopened and undamaged within 25 days of purchase.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective apparel or accessories must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.  If you believe that you have received misprinted, damaged, or defective apparel or accessories within that timeframe, please contact us immediately.

We do not accept any other returns on apparel, accessories, digital products, services, or any other items at this time.


HOW TO RETURN

Contact Us before returning your card deck(s) or misprinted/damaged/defective apparel or accessories!
We are not responsible for your shipment of unauthorized returns, and you will forfeit any potential refund you may have otherwise qualified for.

Return your playing cards using your preferred shipper to our authorized Returns Shipping Address.

Make sure you use a trackable service and wrap the package with care to prevent damage or loss in transit.

Once we receive your return, and it is inspected, refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment.

If you purchased Calle Play products from one of our retailers, you will need to request a return directly with that retailer.


REFUNDS

Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
